This page sets out the rules for your account on Bbet Australia. They cover betting, casino play, promotions and payments. When you register, you agree to them, so read them before you make your first deposit.

1. Who We Are

Here is the basic information about the platform. The rest of the terms build on it.

• Licence: we hold a licence from the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA).
• Language: the site, the support service and all documents are in English.

2. Who Can Open an Account

We open accounts only for customers who meet each condition below. If an account fails any of them, we close it and void its bets.

3. Account Rules

Your Bbet Australia account stores your balance, bet history and loyalty progress. Keep your details current and your access private.

Setting Up

• One per person: you may hold only one account. We close duplicates and may merge their balances.
• Matching details: your name, date of birth and address must match your ID and your payment methods.
• Identity check: our system verifies you automatically. If the automatic check fails, we ask for an ID document, proof of address or a selfie with your document.
• Before payouts: you must complete verification before you withdraw for the first time.

4. Sportsbook Rules

These rules apply to every racing and sports bet. Rules for individual markets, published on the site, apply on top of them.

How We Settle Bets

• Confirmation: a bet becomes valid once your account shows it as accepted.
• Results: Bbet Australia settles every bet on the official result. On Australian thoroughbred races, Protest Payout also pays on a runner that loses the race on protest, up to $2,000 per race.
• Pricing errors: we cancel bets struck at an obviously wrong price or line and refund the stake.
• No result: when an event is abandoned without an official result, we cancel the bets and refund stakes.

5. Casino Rules

Each game has its own rules and paytable, which you can open inside the game. The points below apply across the whole casino.

• Faults: a game fault cancels every win and bet in the affected round.
• Live dealer games: we settle disputes about live rounds using the recording of the round.
• Return to player: the RTP shown inside the game applies. Third-party Bbet reviews may quote older figures.
• Dropped connection: most games resume the round when you log back in.

6. Promotions

Each offer has its own conditions. Where an individual offer differs from this section, the individual offer applies.

Casino Welcome Package

To claim each Bbet deposit bonus, deposit at least A$30. Bonus funds carry 40x wagering. Free spins land in batches of 50 per day.

Sportsbook Offers

• Boost: you can apply one Boost to each event. It works on racing, multis and SGMs, but not on sport singles. Boosted wins are capped at $5,000 on thoroughbreds and $2,000 on other markets. Unused Boosts expire at midnight.
• Bet Tokens: you can apply one token to each event.
• SGM Wildcard: when a bet wins only because of a Wildcard, the payout is capped at $5,000.
• Bonus bets:you have up to 7 days to use them. The maximum stake is $500 and the maximum win is $10,000. Returns don't include the stake. Bonus bets can't go on politics or entertainment markets.

Fair Use

• Who gets offers: we choose which customers receive each offer, and we may change or end an offer at any time.
• Misuse: if we find duplicate accounts, collusion or other misuse, we remove the bonus and the winnings from it.
• Valid terms:offers described in outside Bbet reviews don't bind us. Only the terms shown in your account apply.

7. Payments

The payments page lists every method with its limits and processing times. These rules cover all deposits and withdrawals.

• No fees:we don't charge fees on deposits or withdrawals.
• No credit cards: pay with debit Visa or Mastercard, PayID, PayPal, an e-wallet, a bank transfer or crypto.
• Turnover: wager each deposit at least once before you withdraw it.
• Weekly cap: standard accounts can withdraw up to A$15,000 a week. The cap rises with your loyalty level.
• Return route:we send withdrawals back to your deposit method when it supports payouts. If it doesn't, choose PayID, an e-wallet or crypto instead.
• Your name only:Bbet Australia pays only into accounts held in the account owner's name.
• Reviews: we may hold a withdrawal until verification is complete or while we check account activity.

8. Loyalty Program

Real-money bets in both the sportsbook and the casino earn XP. The XP moves you through 10 levels, from Swagman to Legend of the Outback. We may adjust level rewards, and we post any change on Bbet. before it applies. If we close an account for breaking these terms, the account loses its XP and any unclaimed rewards.

9. Responsible Gambling

Our account tools help you control your time and spend. Switch them on in your profile at any time.

• Limits: set deposit or loss limits for 24 hours, 7, 14 or 30 days. Any increase applies after 7 days.
• Take a Break: lock your account for a fixed period.
• Self-exclusion: close access for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanently through live chat or your profile.

10. Breaches and Closure

Bbet. takes action on any breach of these terms. The most common breaches are:

• Extra accounts: registering or using more than one account.
• Automated play: placing bets through bots, scripts or similar software.
• Unfair play: working with other players or reversing deposits through chargebacks.
• Someone else's payment method:depositing with a card or account in another person's name.

When we find a breach, we may cancel the bets involved, keep the winnings from them and close the account. You can also close your own account through support at any time. We pay out the remaining balance, minus any active bonus funds.

11. Complaints

Send your complaint to support through live chat or email. We reply within 1 to 3 business days. If our final answer doesn't settle the matter, you can take it to the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Comments in public Bbet reviews don't count as a complaint. We investigate only cases you send to us directly.

12. Liability and Law

• Outages: we are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, connection failures or events outside our control.
• Updates: we may change these terms and will notify you by email or on the site. If you keep playing after an update, you accept the new terms.
• Jurisdiction: the laws of Curaçao govern these terms. Bbet Australia and its customers accept the jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.
